With the recent Q1 2021 Sugar release, there are a lot of new features to be excited about. Haley Won, Senior Knowledge Collaborator on the team that manages all of the documentation on the Sugar Support Site, shares some of the benefits Sugar users will see when using the new Focus Drawer:
Sugar 10.3 introduces a new way for Sugar Serve and Sugar Sell users to easily view and obtain information related to a record - using the new Focus Drawer. While looking at your meeting record, for example, hover over the linked Account name, then click the Focus icon to get a 360-degree view of the account and its related information - all from your current view via the Focus Drawer dashboard! You can continue drilling into other related records to view and gather additional information, all from this single drawer.
