SugarCloud customers can readily monitor their license usage across all license types (e.g., Sell Advanced, Sugar Automate) purchased with their Sugar subscription and view the total number of active users (administrators and regular users) in their instance via SugarCloud Insights! Simply navigate to Admin > SugarCloud Insights from your Sugar instance and access the Licenses section to view a breakdown of current active users and license usage to ensure you're not exceeding your license limit.

- Storage: Provides a summary of your current file system and database storage usage across your SugarCloud instances.
- Backups and Logs: Allows you to easily access and download your backups as well as generate PHP error and access logs for your Sugar instance.
- Notification Settings: Allows you to manage the email list of individuals that should receive important SugarCloud service notifications.
