Deploy Filters in the Sales and Service Console using Metric Tabs!

Did you know you can use Metrics to create filtered views in the Sales and Service Consoles? Metric tabs can only be added and edited by an Administrator. When you add a metric tab, it appears in the sales or service console and filters a view automatically for the end user when clicked.
