New Action Buttons in Cases

Claim&nbsp;button: Easily claim a case not assigned to&nbsp;you using the &quot;Claim&quot; Action Button at the top of the view.
Close&nbsp;button: &nbsp;Quickly&nbsp;close a case&nbsp;using the &quot;Close&quot; Action Button at the top of the view.
Unassign&nbsp;menu option: &nbsp;Remove the assignee on a case from the menu in the top right corner, freeing up the case to be taken by a different agent.

If you have never used Action Buttons before, we have added a few to the Cases module and the Cases' focus dashboard in Sugar version 13.1 and greater: 

Claim button: Easily claim a case not assigned to you using the "Claim" Action Button at the top of the view.
Close button: Quickly close a case using the "Close" Action Button at the top of the view.
Unassign menu option: Remove the assignee on a case from the menu in the top right corner, freeing up the case to be taken by a different agent.

These buttons are also editable in Studio! So now you can see an example of a premade action button and how it works. Additionally, you may edit these buttons to customize your own users' experience in the Cases module.
