There is a new option available in Sugar 13.2 when selecting how administrators would like to process inbound emails. Originally, you could only choose "Least Busy" or "Round-Robin"; now there is a new option called "None".
While the name doesn't sound flashy, this allows you to have the newly created case do nothing, allowing SugarBPM to take the wheel and route the case wherever you'd like.
