Hi Suraj Kumar ,

it seems to be a memory exhaustion... try to increase your memory allocation on php.ini 

memory_limit = 1024M

In Linux systems the scheduler jobs normally use a php setting "cli" which is different from the "apache" setting.

The default memory size for the cli setting is often 128M. So, be sure to change the php.ini for the cli setting to this 1024M

you can point the same custom init to both , that will solve the issue on Sugarcrm configuration.
