Since our last Scoop update, we’ve been preparing exciting changes and additions to the Sugar platform. We’re excited to show you what’s in store in our Q1 2024 Market, Sell, and Serve release.
In our Q1 2024 release, we provided marketers with the ability to specify which fields appear on a Market form based on previous responses from the same form. In Q1 2024, we’re enhancing Market’s conditional form fields to include dropdown lists. Now, marketers can limit the options of a dropdown field based on a previous answer.
Look at the video below and see how dynamic dropdown lists work in Sugar Market forms.
We’re also introducing a much-requested feature in the List View in Q1 2024: the ability to filter by ‘Contains’ to help Sugar users easily find the records they’re looking for.
In Q1 2024, both sales and service users can focus on their tasks at hand. We’re updating both Sales and Service Consoles with the ability to sort lists by two fields to narrow down priorities.
Additionally, the Q1 2024 release enables both Sell and Serve users to drill through report charts in a Focus Drawer—without leaving the Focus Drawer view!
Lastly, we’re making it easier to share documents with customers in Sugar Serve’s Self-Service Center. With the new Document Center, Serve customers can now share documents from their CRM to the Self-Service Center. Coupled with Doc Merge and Cloud Drive, the Document Center greatly enhances how you Serve customers can offer support in a more self-service way.
Watch the video below to see these enhancements in action, and read our blog post to see what else is new in Q1 2024!
The Q1 release brings significant improvements across the Sugar platform, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to try them out. Make sure to review the Q1 2024 page in Release Central for more details about this update!
