Celebrating Our Year Together 

As the year comes to a close, we want to reflect on the incredible moments we’ve shared with you—our Sugar community. This year, we celebrated innovation, resilience, and collaboration—from new product milestones and ecosystem growth to welcoming a new leader and seeing customers achieve transformational results. 2024 was the year that we celebrated 20 years of SugarCRM! 

We welcomed over 1.3K new members to SugarClub, expanding this community where customers, partners, and teams come together to share insights and solve problems. Our community manager, Alex Nassi, accepted a prestigious global award recognizing the SugarClub online community and its positive impact on our customers. These milestones reflect the strength and vibrancy of our growing community. 

But, that’s not all! This year, we’ve also had the privilege of coming together with so many of you, whether it was during a workshop in Chicago or Solihull, one of our 10 CRM Adoption Roadshows, or the many dinners and gatherings we hosted in places you call home, like Italy, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Montreal, Vancouver, Berlin, and beyond. 

These in-person moments were a reminder of what makes the Sugar community so special: the shared commitment to growth, innovation, and connection.
