First response not calculated

Hello everybody!

My team and I wanted to use the First Response fields that are available in Sugar 10. We were planning to use it to get a better view of SLAs and deliver better customer experience.

Following the documentation we found that Business centers must be, assigned to all cases or their accounts, for the calculation of FR to work.

However, when trying to either assign or edit a Business Center I couldnt acces it, even though im an admin user.

I later found out that BC's are only available to Sugar Serve and Sugar Sell. As stated here: (https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Versions/11.1/Sell/Administration_Guide/Business_Center_Management/#Setting_Business_Hours)

So the question is: Why is it not available on Sugar Enterprise? or how could I use the First Response fields on this version of Sugar?
