    Hi , if I am going to upgrade my SugarCRM Ent from v10.0.3 to the latest version, should I follow this upgrade path or there is a different upgrade path for SugarCRM Ent only?

    Hi ,

    Yes - this is the correct path for Enterprise. If you're starting at Enterprise 10.0.3, you'll go to 10.0.6 > 11.0.3 > 12.0.0 > 12.0.2. 

    The only deviation would be if your 10.0.3 was on Professional, you'd have to perform the steps above when moving from 11 to 12.

    Hi , I am using Enterprise, I was able to upgrade from 10.0.3 to 11.0.3. I have additional question if you don`t mind.

    I upgraded my SugarCRM Enterprise from 10.0.3 to 11.0.3 using the old instance (Ubuntu 16.04, PHP 7.3, MySql 5.7.33, Apache 2.4, and Elasticsearch 6.8.6), but unfortunately I cannot proceed with the upgrade from 11.0.3 to 12.0.3 because I am no longer able to update the prerequisite version for v12.0.0 on this instance. 

    Now my workaround is to create a backup of the SugarCRM and database, install a fresh instance using the sugar vagrant/php80es716, and restore the SugarCRM and database to the new instance so that I can proceed with the upgrade, but this approach wasn`t successful due to an error I encountered. For more details of this click here

    Do you think what I did was correct? If I am not mistaken, before you proceed with the upgrade, we should update the supported platform first for the Sugar version that we are going to upgrade.

    Hi , just an update I was able to upgrade from 10.0.3 to v12.0.0 using the old instance which is using php7.3 and Elasticsearch 6.8.6. I tried upgrading it today. Is this ok? I upgraded my SugarCRM Enterprise from an instance that is using unsupported platform to the version that I am going to upgrade with.
