I would love to have a real-time queue that shows which schedulers are running and what's upcoming. Could have a similar format to the process management cases list (Processes > Process Management).
We had a user create a report and scheduling it for delivery but the email was never received.
After a bunch of digging I found that the report resulted in an 80M PDF attachment that was, of course, undeliverable.
The only indication is the vague failure message in the sugar log which does not indicate what actually failed to send.

The new calendar lacks some functionality that the old one had: i.e. displaying the week number. This would be really helpful for the ones that uses the calendar a lot. Now they have to go to the old calendar to see the week number and then go back to the new one.
If the design of a process definition or email is changed, it doesn't reflect in the date modified field, it would be nice to know when the design was changed to be able to track how long a design has been untouched.
Hi,
Loving the new UI for 11.3.0 - the subpanels look so much better!
But when multiple subpanels are open with/without records in the Subpanels name background colour then goes back to being white in light mode or black in Dark Mode. Its just hard to clearly identify the separate modules - is their a method of customising these panels colours?
Or any plans to make it look less bland and introduce a few more contrasting colours to help the users...
I personally find the report module particularly tricky compared with other CRMs I have used. Other CRMs offer an 'as you build/interactive preview' of the report. Its easy to view and place your groupings etc when building the more complex reports and for those of us who are more visual workers/learners I know that it would make it much more of an enjoyable and easier process!
Hi,
I would find it really useful if there was a button that I could click that linked the Sugar Market record I am seeing to the corresponding record in CRM.
"View in CRM" or something similar?
At the moment I have to look at ID numbers on both sides to make sure I am viewing the right information.
Thanks
James
Currently if you want a process to start on any record created in last x days, you need to go back and continually update the process definition criteria. It would be nice to be able to have the option to set it to last 30 days etc.
Have the possibility to synchronising the contacts created in CRM with my mobile phone, give the option to call from the contact list via Sugar CRM and avoid logging into the app to log the call or interaction.
This helps us to get the daily work done and also helps us to register more quickly.
Add a mechanism whereby when you are creating anything (template, email, report, nurture, etc) your work is saved in the background.
Then should you experience a connectivity issue or local system crash you can get back to where you were.
