A common scenario is to design a SugarLogic field which contains a date reference relative to today, e.g. an "Age" field which is derived from the contact's DOB. It would be helpful to be able to edit or delete comments in the comment log. A lot of times people type a comment and save it and then notice that they made a typo or want to edit for some other reason. Also, if you could pull the comment log into reports would be awesome too.

Some users find it a challenge to set up and use filters. As an administrator, I want to define the criteria and name for a filter and then "publish" these for use by users based on their team. All predefined filters could then appear in a separate subsection when the list of filters is shown by clicking the Filter droplist.

It would be great to have the ability to organize reports we build into folders/ subfolders for easy reference when searching through existing reports. I know we are able to build Dashboards and group reports that way, but it would be a helpful feature when viewing all reports. Thanks!

Hi, having some experience with other CRM systems (in particular Salesforce), I can easily say that Sugar reporting system is quite poor. Some of the things I'm missing are: - possibility to use formulas on fields - possibility to sort the chart - possibility to limit the number of results to the first X - .... A good thing though, compared to SF, is the possibility to use all the related modules fields without significant limitations...

I want to have a report of all modified dates Not in last 30 days or last 7 days. We can do "before" and select a hard date, but we would like it to be a rolling date. For example a report and dashlet of all Opportunities NOT modified in the last 30 days so that we can make sure they are followed up on.

I reference the formula tooltips all the time: I would like to request the following: 1) Please keep them open indefinitely as long as your mouse stays hovered over the formula icon.
