I am having trouble with the Outlook Plug in  2013

I am using my URL but it is not recognising it and I keep getting the same message:

Unable to connect

    Is your instance hosted on-site or On-Demand? If so, make sure that your URL is using http:// or https://, depending on how your server is setup. If you are hosted On-Demand, you will always lead the URL with https:// . Let me know if this helps!

  • Hi Thanks for your reply, I have actually tried both and it does not work. I am looking to see if I am using the wrong URL but I cannot tell where there maybe another URL.

    When you enter the URL, make sure you aren't entering "www.". Also, in your Sugar instance, go to Profile > Advanced and look for the field called "URL". This is the URL you will use for Outlook Plugin. You can actually just copy and paste that URL into the plugin settings and it should work. Let me know if this helps.
