I am having trouble with the Outlook Plug in 2013

I am using my URL but it is not recognising it and I keep getting the same message:

Hi Thanks for your reply, I have actually tried both and it does not work. I am looking to see if I am using the wrong URL but I cannot tell where there maybe another URL.
