SugarCRM Enterprise and SugarCRM Professional Version 8 have begun the End-of-Support process. This is a follow up to two previous notices sent in 2019.
As detailed on SugarCRM's End-Of-Support site, all on-premise releases are supported for 18 months from the General Availability date followed by an additional six months of security-only updates. Sugar 8 was released in April 2018 and will reach planned End-of-Support on April 30, 2020.
Support for Version 8 is being discontinued as SugarCRM continues to innovate and add more features and enhancements to newer editions. It is recommended that if you have not yet already upgraded, to start planning for the same. For assistance, please contact your SugarCRM Partner (if applicable) or SugarCRM Support as soon as possible.
