The Scoop Q4 2024: Fresh Coat of Paint

Since our last Scoop update, we’ve been enhancing the Sugar platform to be better than ever. We can’t wait to show you what’s new in our Q4 2024 (14.2) Sugar Sell and Serve release.

Complete UI Overhaul

The Q4 2024 update gives Sugar Sell and Serve a CRM a fresh, modern look. With the new UI, our top priority was improving the user experience with better usability and simplified navigation, all within a cohesive and elegantly redesigned interface. Our new UI includes:

• Borders and drop shadows on flyout menus and input fields
• Standardized icons across Record Views, Dashlets, and Global Search
• A smoother, more polished look for input fields, dashboards, and dashlets
• Micro animations in the navigation system to boost engagement and provide instant feedback

We hope these updates make our software more delightful to use and create an experience that is visually compelling and efficient!

GAI Summaries Are Even Better

In our latest release, we have improved GAI Summaries with more clearly defined Suggested Actions for Opportunities. Additionally, the Case Summary now includes Customer Sentiment, context, and reasoning for it. Both Case and Opportunity summaries are now available in all languages supported in SugarCRM, regardless of the language the input records are in.

Additional Enhancements

Our Q4 2024 release brings even more exciting enhancements, including better sorting on report charts, SugarLive for Enterprise, and more flexible waterfall reports in Enhanced Forecasting. We're thrilled about these product improvements and genuinely hope you are too.
