This Year Looks Different
Depending on your tenure as a Sugar customer, you may nostalgically recall our in-person SugarConnection events in San Francisco, Boston, and Paris. We gathered for full days of networking, relishing delicious foods, and getting insight from our executive leadership. With our fourth in-person event on the horizon in Sydney, we had the wind in our sails, and nothing could stop us! Or so we thought. Along with the rest of the world, we pivoted our popular customer event series to a virtual format in March of 2020 and introduced SugarConnected. In fact, it was reported that there was a 1,000% increase in virtual events just in that first year.
How did people decide which virtual event to attend with that drastic rise in virtual events, webinars, and interacting exclusively in a digital format? The options were limitless. That truth encouraged us to maintain the spirit of flexibility and adaptation to our customers' needs which led us to rethink what SugarConnected would look like in its third year.
In 2022, SugarConnected returns in a much simpler format to make it easy for you to tune in from wherever you are in the world without losing an entire day. We considered your event feedback over the last two years, and our streamlined event agenda makes the choice of which virtual event to join much easier to make.
