Definitely such a upgrade package is not available on Downloads.

Perhaps the package SugarEnt-Upgrade-8.0.3-to-9.0.0.zip may works.

On https://store.sugarcrm.com/downloads, you should be able to use the SugarEnt-Upgrade-8.0.8-to-9.0.5.zip package to get you from any 8.0.x version (up to and including 8.0.8 ) to 9.0.x.

I'll also add that if you or anyone who comes across this in the future would like to learn more about upgrades to supported versions, I'd encourage inquiring about the Upgrade Transition Program where our team can provide additional assistance in getting customers upgraded.
