Feature & Enhancement Details

Report Viewer Enhancements

  • New look & feel with a simplified dashboard-like experience
The new report viewer experience has been further improved to provide a cleaner and more intuitive user experience, focusing on the three primary reports containers: Charts, Data Tables, and Runtime filters. The new experience simplifies interactions and the view options by allowing users to toggle containers on or off, as well as change the size of the split between the chart and data table to their needs.
  • Enhanced performance to view and export large reports
Report data tables are now displayed in a simplified, lightweight mode to speed up loading time and avoid possible browser timeouts when loading larger reports.

Productivity and User Interface Enhancements

  • Configure the amount of pinned modules in the left-hand navigation bar
Organizations now have the choice to keep the CRM consistent across the entire organization or allow users to have ownership of their experience. For those that prefer consistency, admins can control the number of modules pinned to the navigation bar for the entire organization. For those that share ownership, admins now have the ability to enable the Number of Pinned Modules to appear in the User Profile configuration so individual users can select the number of modules to appear in the navigation bar according to their preferences.
    Administrator End User
  • Focus drawers now allow in-line editing on lists of related records on the Record View Dashlet
Users will experience a streamlined workflow as they no longer have to move to a new screen to edit records that they see in the focus drawer.
  • List View Filters include new operators and new available filters by default
Two new filters for "Is empty" and "Is not empty" have been added to the List View search. Also, the Accounts, Cases, and Opportunities list views now have more fields available by default for filtering. See the Sugar Serve 13.0 (Q2 2023) Release Notes for the complete list of updates!
