Sugar Connect - Issues archiving emails

SugarCRM is aware of an issue that is temporarily affecting the ability to archive email to Sugar using Sugar Connect. We are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will notify with another post once resolved. We apologize for the disruption in workflow for those affected user.

    I would reach out to Support if you're having issues with some of your colleagues not being able to archive emails. It sounds like it may be permissions related if it works for some people and not others.

    On the homepage of the sidebar, there is a button at the top called Scheduled Emails. If you click the button, it will take you to a list of emails that have been scheduled to be archive to Sugar and give you a status. If there is a failure, the message here can give you some clues.
