Sugar Connect - Issues archiving emails

Hi Abdul,

I would reach out to Support if you're having issues with some of your colleagues not being able to archive emails. It sounds like it may be permissions related if it works for some people and not others.

On the homepage of the sidebar, there is a button at the top called Scheduled Emails. If you click the button, it will take you to a list of emails that have been scheduled to be archive to Sugar and give you a status. If there is a failure, the message here can give you some clues.

Hi Andrew,

We're still experiencing issues with our sugar connect being able to archive emails into sugar.

For about half of our colleagues it is working fine but not for the other.

There is no error code when attempting to archive - just a message that reads - 'Email archiving failed: '. Wondering if you could provide any further support on this? Thank you
