Important Notice - End of Support for Sugar 12 Instances

As per SugarCRM policies and as initially communicated in October 2023, we are announcing the end of support and security maintenance for all Sugar Enterprise instances on version 12.x. Support of version 12.x instances will come to an end on April 30, 2024.

If your SugarCRM instance is on Sugar 12.x, you will be affected by this change. SugarCRM strongly recommends you perform one of the following actions prior to the End-of-Support date of April 30, 2024:

• Migrate to SugarCloud. Migrating to SugarCloud has the benefit of automated product upgrades.
• Upgrade to Sugar 13.x (current version 13.0.3), which will be supported until April 30, 2025.

If you cannot migrate to SugarCloud or upgrade to Sugar 13.x by April 30, 2024, consider Sugar’s Upgrade Transition Program, which can provide extra time to plan an upgrade/migration to a supported platform.
