As per SugarCRM policies and as initially communicated in October 2022, we are announcing the end of support and security maintenance for all Sugar Enterprise and Professional instances on version 11.x. Support of version 11.x instances will come to end on April 30, 2023.
If you are on Sugar 11.x and will be affected by this change, SugarCRM strongly recommends you perform one of the following actions prior to the End-of-Support date of April 30, 2023:
If you cannot migrate to SugarCloud or upgrade to Sugar 12.x by April 30, 2023, consider Sugar's Upgrade Transition Program, which can provide extra time to plan an upgrade/migration to a supported platform.
