I'm having the same issue with Excel 365 32bit on Windows 10 for Sugar Pro 7.5.2.3 On-Demand. Login connects just fine, Refresh Reports does say refreshing completes, but clicking either Select Reports or Query Wizard does nothing.
I've seen a few community posts here on this issue, but no solution in sight.
I found a solution that worked for me after playing around a bit. I am not sure why it works but it does for me.
Open Excel go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-in
Here you should see the Excalibur add-in and it should be active. deselect it and hit OK
It will then be removed from your Home tab. Go back and do the same process and re-activate it. It should be back on your Home tab.
After I did that I was able to login and it woked.
