Excel 2013 Plugin not working

I am currently running Windows 8.1 and using Excel 2013 32-bit. I have installed the April 2015 plugin for Excel 2013. I am able to login and have connection to my On-Demand instance of Sugar Enterprise version 7.6.1. When I click on the Select Reports nothing happens. If I click the Refresh Reports, I do see on the bottom left corner of Excel the Refreshing Complete notification. Any Ideas as to why this is happening?

  • I found a solution that worked for me after playing around a bit. I am not sure why it works but it does for me.

    Open Excel go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-in

    Here you should see the Excalibur add-in and it should be active. deselect it and hit OK

    It will then be removed from your Home tab. Go back and do the same process and re-activate it. It should be back on your Home tab.

    After I did that I was able to login and it woked.
