It's always been there, but easy to forget!
SugarCRM enables power users to quickly perform certain tasks with keyboard shortcuts to increase productivity.
My two favorites are:
Pressing the 'S' key will focus the global search bar which then you can combo into 'Command+V' pasting an email to find a record super fast.
Press the 'E' key to edit a lead and then 'Command+S' to save it.
It may seem small, but incremental improvements make a big impact when you are doing them 50-100 times a day!
Look at the bottom toolbar to see any of the shortcuts at any time.
