Olivier Nepomiachty, known as Oli, is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience and manages SugarCRM’s demo environments. Join Oli and Customer Success Manager Charlotte Mouls, session, How to Optimize your Support Centre with Sugar Serve and Sugar Live, to see how you can uplevel your customer service team and technology to curate even better relationships with your customers.

Jeff Bell joined the Conversica team in June of 2021 as a Partner Growth Executive, working to help customers create the workforce of the future leveraging Conversational AI. Over the last decade, Jeff has worked in various tech partnerships roles and lives outside of Austin, Texas. 


In collaboration with Kevin Cook, Executive Vice President of BrainSell, their session, How to Increase Your Sales Pipeline Without Increasing Headcount, will dive into how Artificial Intelligence is redefining the future of work and why that is relevant to your business.

As the head of Inteli-K, one of Javier Vasquez’s main goals is to make his customers’ dreams come true through innovative products and value-added services by not only understanding their pains but providing solutions to make their business successful. Joined by Eliud Arista González, their session, Inteli-K - Dentalia ́s Success Story (México), will tell the tale of a Mexico-headquartered leader in dental health services with 14 years of experience and how they transformed their customer experience.

Jessica Ho is a Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services who is passionate about creating differentiated solutions that unlock customers for cloud adoption. She will be joining Ali Lipman, CX Account Executive at BrainSell, to co-host their session How to Create an Integrated, Omnichannel CX Engine. Join their session to hear how a manufacturing company was able to address a 50% increase in support inquiries without increasing headcount – during the pandemic – by creating a fully integrated, omnichannel approach to its customer service process using Sugar and AWS.
