Hello SugarClub Community,
This community of SugarCRM users is incredible, and I am very excited to share that this has been recognized by the vendor of the platform (Verint Community) that we use to run SugarClub!
I spent part of this week at the Verint Engage 2024 conference in Orlando, Florida. During the conference, I was honored to receive the gold “Driving Success with Digital Engagement” award from Verint. This award is described as given to Verint customers who “Orchestrate customer journeys with a connected experience across your consumer’s channel of choice to create differentiated experiences at scale that drive customer loyalty.” You can read more about this and other award winners in Verint’s press release.
This is a recognition of the strength and involvement of this community and how you, our customers, partners, employees, and every other member of this community have come together to be a part of something great and support one another. Engaging within this community is something that you all do for a variety of reasons. I hope that you find value in learning more about our products, either by engaging the Help Forums, reviewing materials in Training & Certification, staying up-to-date on new features in Release Central, or networking with your peers in Social Club, or a variety of other places you can engage, learn, and explore in SugarClub. But, ultimately, I hope you are a member of SugarClub because you enjoy it and find that it enriches and elevates your experience as a SugarCRM user.
