The SugarCRM mobile app recently released caller ID, which means when an unfamiliar phone number calls you that matches a contact or lead in your Sugar instance, their name will be displayed. This is huge, ensuring you don't miss an important client call just because it looks like spam.
The app checks for updates to contacts and leads every 5 minutes to ensure you can tell immediately if a new prospect is calling you.
