Hi sidhu sidhu
Thank you for your answers.
I believe cleaning browser cache fix this issue.
Hit CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE if the browser is Chrome/Firefox/Opera, then select "Images and cache files" and from the begining.
Reload the SugarCRM page.
Kind regards
Hi André Lopes
I will try it.And one more thing is on ipads also we get teh same loading issue.
Do you have any suggestions regarding this.

Once this happen on mobile device as well then it may not be a browser cache issue.
Try to force terminate the app and clear app data and cache on iPad.
Try connecting to some other (working) user on that iPad. Make sure it works. After that clear again data and cache and try with the "buggy" user.
If you have no luck doing that then try to reset user preferences.
I hope this help you
Hi André Lopes
They are not using the app. They are accessing the sugar directly from the browser in the ipad and the are unable to get the login page.
It is really irksome to the end users and i am looking for a solution for this.Is there any thing that we can do.

Sidhu
On iPad try to login to CRM by browser as a different user and let us know if it works. Clear cache of browser on iPad and try again with "buggy" user.
Clear cache on browser at notebook and try again.
If nothing works then try reseting user preferences on your CRM.

Hi André Lopes
Clearing the browser cache fixed the isssue.
The issue was ocurring when two users switch their login one after other.
So after the first person logs in and logs out we have deleted the browser cache and then we logged in with the second person.
It was working fine.
