3g mobile internet-Unable to get login page of sugarcrm

Hi All,

               One of our crm users has used 3 g mobile internet and accessed the sugar but he is unable to get the login page.

It only shows loading.

            Can any one please suggest how can we fix this.It is a bit urgent

  • On iPad try to login to CRM by browser as a different user and let us know if it works. Clear cache of browser on iPad and try again with "buggy" user.

    Clear cache on browser at notebook and try again.

    If nothing works then try reseting user preferences on your CRM.
