How to add Custom Dynamic Drop down field based on query options list Report module..?

Create a field in module vardefs ,

Extend the Utils Dropdown options in the following folder

custom/Extension/application/Ext/Utils/some_function.php

i have Used this Solution.

But its Working Only Edit View And Module like leads account and default module...

But i want to add drop down in report module at filter option. ???
