Hi,
I have created custom module in sugar and add that module into sugar portal.
I have followed all the steps given in this blog post: sugarclub.sugarcrm.com/.../adding-a-custom-module-to-the-customer-portal
Module display in the portal. When I save the record I get this error massages but record created successfully.
Also once record created it is not showing into the portal listview too.
Anyone have any Idea on this?
Is this known issue/Bug?

I've just went through the same process of enabling a custom module, and seems be working correctly for me: 
As the errors that you are facing are related to permissions, can you double check that you granted the permissions in the Customer Self-Service Portal Role:
