Some calculated fields does not change

Hi guys !

I have a problem with my Opportunity module. So I have 2 custom fields: Category (which is a dropdown: H&S, ICT, TBD) and Reference (which is a calculated field).

The reference is a mix of some other data, the thing is: for some reason it only calculate the field reference when the category is TBD. But in my opportunity field (in the Studio) I have set no condition at all.

Does somebody know where the problem comes from?

    A couple of things I would check:

    - is Category in the Reference formula?

    - do you have any dependency between Category and Reference?

    - check the values in your dropdown for Category, do you actually have an '&' in the database value? It's probably not a good idea to have symbols in your database values for dropdowns

    Yeah, the problem came from the Teams.

    Person B wasn't able to see Person A's items because she wasn't in the team; even tho she was assigned to the items personnally.
