5 Things you need to know to get started in the Community.
Introduce yourself
To update your community profile:
- Click the avatar in the top right of the screen,
- Select “My Profile” to view your page
- Click Edit Profile.
We recommend you add an avatar and complete the available profile fields so other community members can find you, learn more about you and your organization, and build connections.
Explore
Use SugarClub’s menu bar to get started. What brings you to SugarClub?
- Visit Help Forums to get help from fellow Sugar users with a product issue
- Visit Training & Certification to view Sugar's extensive training resources on Sugar products
- Visit Adoption to review the GROW adoption framework for help expanding your organization's use of Sugar
- Visit User Groups to get involved and meet fellow Sugar users like you
- Visit DevClub to get started working on Sugar from a code level and interact with fellow developers
- Are you a SugarCRM partner? Visit PartnerClub to engage with fellow partners and obtain resources from SugarCRM's Channel Team
- Use the SugarClub menu bar "Product Information" tab to be informed about new Sugar releases, as well as the Sugar News and SugarClub Events to stay up-to-date on important information from SugarCRM
Not sure where to start? Try a search, you can easily search for relevant topics by entering terms in the search bar at the top of the page. Search will display results for content, groups, and people in the community.
Participate
Jump in, everyone is here to help and we were all new once!
"Like" a comment or post that appeals to you, reply to a discussion, add comments to a blog post, or start a conversation yourself (discussions or questions) about a new topic. By participating and collaborating here in the community, your questions will be visible to others who can help and add to the conversation.
Subscribe
Don't miss a thing! If there is a group, forum, or content that is particularly interesting to you, look for a Subscribe or Join button and receive notifications on the content that is meaningful to you.
