Workaround for User Management>Copy User Preferences and Content:

And, it should look like this:

this is a known issue in Sugar, tracked internally as Issue #96260, and it is scheduled to be resolved in the upcoming 26.1 release.

In the meantime, you can use the following workaround to make the missing options visible:

1. Right-click the header bar and select Inspect.
   
2. Double-click the <div> class named: headerpane bg-[--foreground-base] box-border fixed w-full
   
3. Remove fixed w-full from the class.
4. Press ENTER.
5. After removing that portion of the class, the UI will adjust and the options under Copy Content will become accessible. Result:
