Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 21.22 of Sugar Market:

  • Web activity tracking improvements: This release introduces significant improvements to web activity tracking, where all web activity is linked to the contact. When contacts identify themselves through a form submit, their web activity that was previously identified as anonymous activity becomes associated with the contact in the Buyer's Journey. [MSVC-271]
  • Dynamic distribution list improvements: The following improvements have been made to dynamic distribution lists in this release: 
    • Converted leads filtered out: Converted leads are filtered out of dynamic distribution lists. [PLAT-4440]
    • Sync settings and filters are respected: Dynamic distribution lists now respect CRM sync settings and sync filters, so only the records matching those settings will be returned in dynamic distribution lists. [PLAT-4226]
  • Updated Leads and Contacts user interface: The Leads and Contacts (and Candidates for Bullhorn customers) list view has been updated to match other Sugar Market list views with left-hand panel navigation and right-hand panel detail view. Infinite scrolling with pagination has been included in this view for ease of use. [APP-5117]
  • Create Email Builder 2.0 templates from the create menu: Users can now create Email Builder 2.0 templates from the Create menu (Create > Template > Email) in addition to the Manage menu. [APP-5155]

Fixed Issues

The following issue reported to SugarCRM has been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following link for more details about the issue: 

  • Account anonymous web activity Actions tab does not load data.

The following additional issue has been resolved in this release:

  • Account score does not push to CRM. Since this functionality has been deprecated, the "Map account score to CRM field" option in scoring profiles has been removed. [PLAT-4348]
