About Sugar Product Suggestions

Product Suggestions (Ideas) are reviewed on a regular cadence by Sugar's Product Management, Engineering, and other teams. Their scores (votes) are weighed against other enhancement requests, product bugs, and a variety of factors to determine what changes come in each version of a Sugar product. Help your fellow Club members by voting for ideas you like and would like to see in future Sugar releases.     In addition to the remark of the archiving status in the email itself, we suggest highlighting the already archived mails in color in Outlook. It helps users to get an overview at a glance - this logic is also previously known from Outlook Plugin.

    Currently if you want a process to start on any record created in last x days, you need to go back and continually update the process definition criteria. It would be nice to be able to have the option to set it to last 30 days etc.

    Add a mechanism whereby when you are creating anything (template, email, report, nurture, etc) your work is saved in the background. Then should you experience a connectivity issue or local system crash you can get back to where you were.
