BPM start while it should not

Hello,

I'm facing a strange situation : a BPM starts if a new email is added to the case and if its direction is anything other than "outbound"

But, strangly, the BMP will activate with any email added, no matter the criteria i indicated.
For example, all these emails below have activated the BMP, whereas these are clearly outbound.

anything wrong ? Or is it a bug ?

Hi Yves Bourgarel ,

There was a bug we identified (95922) in October that causes a 'relationship change' start event to trigger regardless of whether the relationship was modified. The bug was hotfixed in Sugar Cloud in November, so I assume you are running Sugar outside of their environment. If that is accurate, I recommend filing a support case for the bug as they may be able to supply you with a hotfix for the issue.

I indeed remember something like that.

However we are on the cloud on their server. so we should have it.
Do you know if the hotfix was part of certain version? I know we are 1 version behind

I remember now, it was the giant mess of a new version. we definitaly got the fix

I recommend filing a support case, so they can evaluate why the behavior is still occurring in your use case.
