My database of contacts is huge and we need to set up an auto delete of contact who haven't opened or received one of our mailings in over 2 years.
Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Hello Abbey Wyatt-Smith ,
If you are running a recent version of Sugar the Auto-Archiver would be the easier option to accomplish this.
Just create a new archiver filtering for Date Modified.
You can check more information here:

I hope this helps
Thanks Andre,
It looks like this only works for Sugar Cloud customers. Is there a way you can do this if you just have Sugar Market?

It has been a while since I had to deal with marketing in Sugar, how would you know if a contact has not opened or received one of your mailings? If thats easy enough then the rest is child's play.
It would have to be done in code though but it sounds like you have a on-site install so that should'nt be hard.
do you also have Sugar Enterprise?
if so, archiving feature is also available for that version

Abbey Wyatt-Smith - I've moved this question over to the Sugar Market group to help you connect with more Market users and see if anyone here can provide additional insights about keeping your contact database current.
