email template broken image

When using email templates and adding an image via upload into the template in Sugar it looks good. When opening in outlook via SugarConnect it shows up broken. I've tried different images and always the same result. How can I get these to show up?

Thank you for posting this. After following the same steps in a clean environment I experienced the same behaviour so I am inclined to think this might be a core bug in the system.

At this time, I shared this issue with our support team so they can investigate further to determine whether my assumption is right or if there is something to be considered when working with Sugar Connect and email templates with images.

I will update you on this topic as soon as I get a response but let me know if you have additional questions on this.

To help our support team troubleshoot the issue, could you please let me know the version of Sugar and if is Cloud or On-Premise based? Also, if you could provide the version of Outlook and the platform (Windows or Mac), that would be very helpful.
