Showing Cases of Opportunities in Subpanel

Hello there,

I have added the following field to "Cases":

Thereby, I can assign a Case to an Opportunity, e.g.:

If I now go to the respective Opportunity, I dont see the Case there because there is not Subpanel "Cases" for Opportunities.

How can I ensure, that Cases are linked properly with Opps and are visible in the Opportunity?

Hi Julia Weinhold ,

I have a follow up question. Since now the cases and opportunites are related, I can see the cases in subpanel of the opps. Now, if I look at an opportunity, it would be great to see all emails of those cases in the emails subpanel.

Is that feasible? If yes, how?

Hi Alexander Fechner ,

Sadly, to my knowledge, that's not possible out of the box/with configuration only, but would require coding. So you'd have to ask your Sugar Partner or a Developer (which I am not, so I cannot sepcify it any further ) .
