Inquiry About Tracking Replied and Unreplied Emails in SugarCRM

Dear Sugar Community,

We are currently using the SugarCRM inbound mail function and want to ensure that no emails are missed. To achieve this, we would like a way to filter inbound emails based on whether they have been replied to or not.

Is there a feature in SugarCRM that allows us to track this? If not, would it be possible to add a custom field to indicate the email status or use SugarBPM to create a process that marks emails as replied or unreplied?
