Moving from enterprise to advance

Hi,

I'm looking to move over from enterprise to advance, and I'm just after a document showing what extras you get with advance so I can present these to the directors.

I know it has Sugar Connect which would be a benefit, what other things would you say are worth the upgrade?

Thanks,

Millie

  • Hi , check out the License Types Matrix in the product documentation. This table outlines the key differences between the different products at a feature/module level. I'd say the main things of note for you to consider when moving from Enterprise to Sell Advanced are:

    1. Connect included (this is a big one!)
    2. SugarLive included (not sure if you need call/chat support or not, and note that it hooks up to an Amazon Connect instance that you would have to pay for/set up separately)
    3. Option to buy the Intelligence add-on for our AI capabilities - the list of capabilities continues to grow as we develop more
    4. A few features are only available in Serve and Enterprise (not Sell), so you would be losing these unless you also get some Serve licenses:
      1. Customer service SugarBPM templates
      2. Customer service report templates
      3. Service Console
      4. Change timers

If you aren't sure what the Serve/Enterprise features listed in #4 are, you can get links to all of them when viewing the License Types Matrix in the Serve guide instead.

Let me know if you have any questions!
