System Labels displaying on custom fields

I have built custom fields and panels for our instance.  Both the panels and fields display the "Display Label" I set up but when my colleagues log in, they see only the system labels for both the panels and the fields (attached screenshot) .  I am an admin user, but my colleagues arent.  What do I need  to do to fix this?

    The first thing I recommend trying is a quick repair by going to Admin > Repair > Quick Repair & Rebuild. If your users are still seeing system labels after that repair completes, please have them clear their browser cache

  • Hi Chris, I'm sorry I didn't come back to you sooner.  This doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.  

    Looked at our instance in Chrome and Edge and the issue is in both browsers.

    Could you double-check the language settings used when creating the labels and the language settings of the other users accessing the system?

    For example, if you logged in with "English (UK)" and created the labels, other users logging in with "English (US)" might not be able to see the labels you created.
    Sugar will default to the English-US, and if that's the case it would explain why the labels are not populated. 

    Let us know if that is the case.
