User's records reassignment feature

We're running Sugar Sell 13.1 in the On-Demand Environment and the function is still there... I'll look deeper, but I don't recall a setting to not reassign the records when a user is marked Inactive.

There is a setting... I must have done this back in 2012 when we first implemented Sugar and it never changed.

I didn't expect it cause before it was an automatic function when you deactivated someone.
