Sending emails to Meeting Invitees

I guess that would cover a multitude of use-cases and requirements. Every SugarCRM customer will have different needs and requirements, so a single 1:1 direct integration is a big ask.

The best solution could be to use an workflow automation solution like Make. It's a highly visual workflow automation solution with pre-built connectors for over 1,500 services, including SugarCRM, covering pretty much all of the available API endpoints.

Make allows you to build your own workflows (in either direction) including if-then-else business logic and processing of arrays (like line items), iteration and aggregation - all without writing a single line of code.

You could set up a Make scenario to Watch Meetings (using a Web Logic Hook), which would then unpack the user emails and send a template email to each using your chosen email service (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, etc.).

Can you describe your use case in more detail? While SugarBPM and legacy workflow don't have a native way to send emails to invitees on a meeting, understanding your use case may help in identifying other potential solutions.
