SugarConnect Side Panel will not load to installed ver of outlook 365

Installing Sugarconnect and the side panel in an open email works fine but the side panel in the home of installed 356 will not load? any suggestions?

Hello Brooke,

Is this still an ongoing issue? Based on the screenshot, it may be that an email was not selected at the time. If you select an email from the Inbox, does the Connect sidebar display as expected?
