I would recommend backup yours system before the upgrade and in between upgrades also check (php, mysql and Elastic search) versions required between SugarCRM upgrades, if you are on the wrong version it might cause some issues .
Recommend do the upgrade via Silent Upgrade , build your commend before, as you know you need also to migrate from Profissional to Enterprise.

We are Trying to Upgrade to V12.
Upgrade as per following upgrade packages: --
I am not sure how you setup your environment but you will need to check you php version between upgrades. if you doing it via command line will be easier as you can point to the php version required by sugar.

Getting Errors after
Execution of the Command
php CliUpgrader.php -z /var/www/html/SugarEnt-Upgrade-9.0.x-to-9.0.3.zip -l ./silentUpgrade_1100.log -s /var/www/html/sugarcrm/ -u admin -S healthcheck
you need to fix the errors pointed on the logs

Any other Way To Upgrade because Errors are Multiple numbers.

To be able to proceed you will need to address all the "Bucket F" errors from the Health Check.
From your print screen, I can only see one referring to the Use of App View InvokeParent.
To proceed please address this error using the information described in the following link:
https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Installation_Upgrade/Troubleshooting_Health_Check_Output/Health_Check_Error_Use_Of_App_View_InvokeParent/
After that run another health check to validate if you have more Bucket F errors.
