Best Way To Upgrade SugarCRM 9.1 To Latest Version

I would recommend backup yours system before the upgrade  and in between upgrades  also check (php, mysql and Elastic search) versions required between SugarCRM upgrades, if you are on the wrong version it might cause some issues .

Recommend do the upgrade  via Silent Upgrade  , build your commend before, as you know you need also to migrate from Profissional to Enterprise.

I am Using Sugarcrm Ent 9.01

We are Trying to Upgrade to V12.

 Upgrade as per following upgrade packages: -- 

1. Sugar Ent 9.0.1 - to – 9.0.3 version 

1. Sugar Ent 9.0.3 - to – 10.0.0 version 

1. Sugar Ent 10.0.x - to – 10.0.5 version 

1. Sugar Ent 10.0.5 - to – 11.0.2 version 

1. Sugar Ent 11.0.2 - to – 11.0.3 version 

1. Sugar Ent 11.0.3 - to – 12.0.0 version
