Sugar CRM Outlook plug-in Appointments not visible

I have an instance where the Appointments option is not visible under Synch to Sugar on Outlook.

When connecting using a different Sugar instance, the Appointments option does show (as seen below)

I have checked that the meetings module is visible and the user has ALL access for the meetings module in his profile.

I'd be grateful for any guidance?

  • Hi Christopher - I have EXACTLY the same issue with one of our Users!  Have you been able to resolve it?  (Meetings Module is visible)

  • Hi, yes I did actually. The root cause was simply due to the fact that the user did not have Delete permission for that module. The Access CRM Plug-In for Outlook performs create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) operations and therefore requires the user to have all these permissions else the menu item is hidden within Outlook.
